Homeschool Hoops Waiver (All Players)
Presented by Shot Scan Basketball. Required for every participant regardless of session day.
Complete Online WaiverCalvary Baptist Church Facility Waiver (Wednesday Players)
Print this waiver and bring it completed on your first day. Extra copies will be available if forgotten.
View & Print WaiverTrinity Presbyterian (Friday Players)
No facility waiver required. Trinity Presbyterian does not require a separate facility waiver. You only need to complete the Homeschool Hoops waiver above.
What to Bring
Basketball Shoes
Proper court shoes required for safety and performance.
Shorts
Athletic shorts comfortable for running and playing.
T-Shirt
To wear under your jersey. We provide jerseys for all players.
Water Bottle
Stay hydrated! Please bring a filled water bottle.
Basketball (If Possible)
We provide basketballs for official drills and games, but bringing your own ball helps with warm-ups.
Optional but HelpfulNote about jerseys & basketballs: We provide jerseys for all players and basketballs for official drills and games. However, if your player can bring their own basketball, it will help with warm-ups before we get started. No need to purchase anything special - any standard basketball will do!
