All participants must complete the required waivers before their first day of play at Cherokee Homeschool Hoops.
Important: Two Waivers Required
Children must complete both the Homeschool Hoops Waiver (presented by Shot Scan Basketball) and the Waiver for your Basketball Facility before participating.

This digital waiver covers participation in all Cherokee Homeschool Hoops activities, including practices, games, and events. Complete this waiver online — it only takes a few minutes.
Facility Waiver
Required by our host facilities
Some host facilities require their own liability waiver. Please complete the waiver for the location where your child will be participating if applicable.
